“Stayed at this rental property, which is a hotel room in the Wyndham Resort hotel in the Civic District in Austin. Quiet location, but close to places of interest, Like the Capitol Building, UT and 6th Street. Good access. The parking is $35/night, but it has in and out privileges. The check in process is a little strange, with the hotel, but the communication with the property owner was very helpful. The room is nice, big, good kitchen and bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. ……

“This condo is just a few blocks off 6th St, where there are many restaurants and music venues. The amenities are great-pool, roof deck, fully appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, on-site parking. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The 1 bedroom suite was perfect. Everything was stylish and clean. The location was walkable for exploring downtown. Would be hard to find a better place in Austin.”

“The location was great and unit well furnished. Only negative is that as part of checking in process, you have to go through their concierge who provides a nice summary of the area and a map. But then they work to get you to sit for a sales pitch of their timeshare/vacation ownership program. We declined multiple times no matter the incentive to sit through their sales pitch. Not sure I would have booked this property knowing there would be a push to buy into a timeshare.”

“We traveled to Austin to celebrate a friend’s birthday and our stay added to the whole experience. Everyone we came across from check-in to check-out was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We took advantage of the club social events to include “Mango Margarita Friday” and “Waffles & Mimosas Saturday” which both had fabulous hosts and exceeded our expectations. Our rooms were spotless and spacious, and our balcony view was a treat. I highly recommend……

“We had a great stay at this location! The building was well-maintained, the room was comfortable, with everything we needed including a full kitchen which was well stocked and a washer and dryer! The foosball table was a fun addition and the location was great! Just two blocks from sixth Street and downtown making it very walkable. Only complaint is we didn’t realize this was a timeshare since we booked it on VRBO. The front desk makes you check in with the “concierge” which is really a……
