“Went on a mother/daughter getaway for our first time on Orcas Island. The location was great, a little more out in the woods, but only a short distance to the cute town of Eastsound. You can see the water from the porch and there is a waterfall right next to you that you can hear/see. There were people who stayed above us that you could easily hear walking/using the water but not too disruptive. The only item that wasn’t as advertised was we were missing a hair dryer. Otherwise, great low price……

“We had a fantastic weekend in this space. The building is right next to the stairs that take you to the beach when the tide is out. We spent a lot of time in the big Adirondack chairs on the patio. Conveniently, the fencing around the patio was secure enough that our little 8-lb dog could not escape. The bathroom was surprisingly large, & as a person who runs cold often, I appreciated the wall heater, so I didn’t shiver in the shower. The bathtub was deep enough that I ran next door to the……

“This place has the most amazing views and it is located in the heart of Eastwood in Orcas Island. Everything is walking distance.The Vrbo is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. I will definitely book this again for another weekend getaway. ”

“We recently stayed at this house on Lopez Island and, while it has a beautiful view and the potential to be charming, it’s important to know what to expect. The house had an eerie, somewhat neglected feel to it. There were bugs inside, a noticeable odor, and it didn’t seem ready for guests—very bare with no Wi-Fi. Upon arrival, the sliding glass door was left wide open, which was unsettling. The neighborhood has close neighbors, so privacy was limited, and there were no coverings on some of the……

“Stayed here for a few days during a stay on Orcas with some old friends from college. We absolutely loved the spot and can’t recommend it highly enough. Remote in the best possible way. Lovely accommodations, great view. We saw a seal and otters right in the backyard! ”

“Overall, the stay was great. The beds were comfortable, and it was a perfect location for our weekend events. Host was very communicative and friendly, however, it was not advertised that the property is his home, so that was a little strange to learn upon check-in. Master shower set up is also odd, but doable for a short time. ”
