“Poor communication with host,house ran out of propane while there.took time but they did get emergency delivery.nice house but in need of several repairs.outside patio door didn’t have a lock.2 of the bedrooms are in the garage with no curtains,very chilly only electric heaters.warmed up in time.house was cold before we left,but still had hot water thankfully.wondered if host turned temp down…. and we had children and babies.”

“We loved the house, it was so cozy and cute. The best part was that it was so tucked away it felt like you were surrounded by nothing. All you could hear outside was the birds chirping and the trees rustling in the wind, very tranquil as my partner said. We LOVED the wood burning fireplace inside it made it that much more cozy and relaxing. Great winter getaway when you are just looking for a break from everything. ”

“Absolutely loved this place!! The only downfall was that we were unaware they put ac in the week before we came, so the fans in our car took a lot of room. Water was clean, neighbors were friendly. They had books and board games too. They had more to offer than expected. I ever back.”

“My husband and I visited on 8/28-9/2/2024. Pete and family were so welcoming and kind. They were up for the Labor Day weekend next door.The home has 3 bedrooms top floor, (King, double and bunk room w/ 2 double bottom bunk beds w/single top beds), 1 bath (with bathtub, shower, double sinks), living room w/ large smart tv, (this is the1 steaming tv in home), full kitchen, table for 4, washer/dryer on main floor. HUGE deck off kitchen w/tons of seating overlooking an amazing view of Lake Ogemaw……

“We just love this home more each time we stay! So comfortable and relaxing. The 'feel like' temperature outside was '14' but the home was warm and cozy. “We haven’t been on a full extended family vacation in 10 years and this was a wonderful place to go to finally all get together. The lake is beautiful, property grounds and home are very nice. Working with the owner was easy and very informative. The only thing I would say is the home is a tad bit smaller than what I thought in the pictures. Still would highly recommend booking here! ”
