“The hotel is next to the I-70 freeway, with the central hallways perpendicular to the freeway. This means that ALL the rooms get freeway noise, either coming or going. The window in our room was double paned, but it wasn't enough. Even with a white noise generator on my phone there was traffic noise all night long. Sheets and towels were spotless. The bathroom floor had "dribble spots" in front of the toilet and yellow droplets on the porcelain under the seat. These wiped up easily but it……

I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“The room and public areas were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasteless and cold. Restaurant opened at 7am on Sunday as stated on door entrance...but large poster in hotel lobby states 6am. When fact was mentioned to staff they answered, "yes, it needs to be updated." We had paid for 2 breakfast meals expecting the 6am opening. As a result my husband had to miss his meal as he had to leave for an early meeting. Disappointing. ”
