“Had a great stay, condo was neat and clean with all items needed for day to day living. The only things we had issues with was the a/c unit in the master bedroom stoppped working the last two days so it was a little humid/warmer in the room.we left the fans on to help, and there wasn’t a beach entry due to the boulders/rocks that lined the one beach area to the left of the property. But all in all it was a nice stay. ”

“Cute little place just a short distance from the beach. Most evenings we could walk into town along the beach to grab food or drinks. You can also easily walk to Luquillo beach and kioskos from here without the need of a car, if you don’t mind a walk. At low tide you can walk the beach all the way!Budget friendly and clean. “We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The location was unbeatable just steps from a peaceful private beach, where we often felt like we had the ocean all to ourselves. We loved being able to walk to great local restaurants which made evenings out super convenient and fun. “Property had all the amenities of home. For access to the beach and to be out of the main tourism this is by far the best location. Easy travel from san juan to loquillo and within minutes of shopping and a ton of restaurants. Worst part of the trip was leaving. “They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.”
