“We visited P.R. Spring break 2025. This home was exactly what we needed. Our property manager “Ryan” was very responsive and took care of us immediately. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The home was overall very clean and having all needed supplies was a big plus. We definitely recommend this home. ”

“The villa was beautiful—spacious rooms and a large living area made it feel very comfortable. The mezzanine was a great touch, offering some added privacy. I would have appreciated a larger kitchen, and it was a bit of a letdown that the golf cart was out of order (though the owner did apologize). Luis was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I’ve already booked my next visit! Highly recommend.”

“The property was clean and comfortable. Looked more like someone lived there when not rented? Lots of personal type items and pictures. I read from the listing that all amenities in the community were included. Not so. The cluster has a pool, but that is the only one available to use there is a beach club, but not available for short term rentals and also the resorts pools were also not available without the purchase of day passes which would have been expensive for 10 of us. That being said it……

“Had the best time”

“Beautiful resort with private beaches and all the amenities. The condo met all of our needs and then some. We had ages 10-77 with us and everyone had a great trip. The kitchen is the most well equipped kitchen I’ve experienced with a rental. Pots and pans were great condition. Beds and linens were excellent quality and comfy. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. The patio has a beautiful view of the ocean. The resort is HUGE! However, we rarely saw other guests. Felt like we had the dragon pool to……

“This was the perfect place for three families with four teens to stay for the week. We were close to El Yunque and the bio bay. We had unmatched views of the ocean, a great pool, and restaurants and the beach were close by.”

“Location is AMAZING if you want to stay in the rainforest. The house is not perfect but functional. Our host was excellent, very fast response time and quickly got us up and running with the generator when the whole island was without power. We slept very well in the air conditioned bedrooms. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. The check-in process was easy and the villa was very clean. The mattress in the master bedroom is more comfortable than ours at home! There was a lovely view from the balcony and I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the complex was, at least during April when we visited. We had the pool area to ourselves on most days and there were few people on the beach. We did lose our electricity twice while there (once for about 10 hours), which I heard from locals is quite common……

“Vanessa was a great host, making sure everything was in order and answering any questions we had. She also went out of her way to be helpful when there was an island-wide power outage: she brought over coolers with ice so that the food in the fridge would not spoil. The apartment is very spacious and in excellent shape. Everything worked well and there were plenty of towels, beach towels, boogie boards and beach toys, etc. Perfect for families with young kids.Note that the apartment does not……

“The unit is very clean and is actually more spacious than pictured. The property grounds are very well maintained and the area is very safe! We enjoyed walking and jogging the many paths in the community. The pool area is wonderful and the beach is just a few steps further. We found several restaurants at the nearby Plaza and enjoyed having some close easy dinner options. The unit is well stocked and we cooked breakfast and prepared lunch easily with all the provided utensils. ”

“Had a great stay, condo was neat and clean with all items needed for day to day living. The only things we had issues with was the a/c unit in the master bedroom stoppped working the last two days so it was a little humid/warmer in the room.we left the fans on to help, and there wasn’t a beach entry due to the boulders/rocks that lined the one beach area to the left of the property. But all in all it was a nice stay. ”

“We loved staying here!”

“Cute little place just a short distance from the beach. Most evenings we could walk into town along the beach to grab food or drinks. You can also easily walk to Luquillo beach and kioskos from here without the need of a car, if you don’t mind a walk. At low tide you can walk the beach all the way!Budget friendly and clean. Would stay here again, if in Luquillo.”

"Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
