“This is a beautifully decorated hotel with stunning spacious rooms and bathrooms which are very luxurious. The beds are super comfortable and provide a fantastic nights sleep. The hotel is very close to a large mall so there are plenty of dining options but other places are also not very far away with a taxi. The beach and pool area is very nice However the service was a let down. We stayed over the Easter holidays and the hotel was clearly at full capacity but the staff could not cope.……

“Our stay was interesting. We initially spent most of the stay trying to find a suitable rooms as the staff hadn’t made any arrange arrangements or acknowledgement to rectify several issues. “The food was good, the service was good, the workers were friendly and kind, the room was spacious and very nice and felt lux. My only thing was that the bathroom had some wear and tear in the shower area but that's about it. I arrived after midnight so I was exhausted but they made the check in process a breeze! They also gave me a complimentary upgrade from a city view to a sea view room which I really appreciated. The property also has a great location, the beach is right across the street……
