“Came for a wedding at Herrington on the Bay which was only a 5 minute drive away. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants in North Beach. Great for 4 people.”

“We came out from Hawaii to see my Daughter and Grand Daughters.The over all experience from start to finish at the property was easy and flawless. Some days it was just my wife and I and other days it was with my grand daughters spending the night, they also enjoyed the stay. There is plenty of room. “My husband and I took our boys ten and twelve over easter break. The property was very private. The expansive views of the yard looking out to the bay we're beautiful. The house was really clean and nicely decorated . The master bedroom had great views and the bed was amazing. It might be to buy the mattress! We were unable to put our boat in. Due to the water levels and the sludge. But we found a boat launch only ten minutes away. All in all, if you want a very relaxing vacation, this is it.……

“This place is amazing for a large family getaway! Pet friendly and kid friendly. There isn’t too much around the area, but having access to a pool, the boats and canoes, fishing/crabbing supplies, and the large living area made this perfect for our trip. Multiple rooms, multiple couches and multiple areas to play board games. Definitely worth a second trip and the owner (Tom) made everything incredibly easy Thank you again for letting us use your lovely home! ”

It was perfect in every way, from the communications with Alicia to the location and lovely neighbors, direct access to the beach, space of the home and layout (The views! The deck!), the amenities, cleanliness, all of it! I even got to catch a sunrise when our dog woke up at 620am. We loved it so much we are now considering trying to get a summer home down here!
