Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. “Everything was fine until three days later my daughter(an 8-year-old) and I were packing to check out and we found an old paper bag with her toys was gone. They insisted they didn't mistake it as trash and accidentally threw it away. And I was quite sure we had it when checking into the hotel because the first day in Badajoz I shopped some clothes for me and my daughter and came back to the hotel, putting a new paper bag into it. So since I couldn't do anything and the situation was not……

L’hôtel a repris les anciens bâtiments des écuries de la cavalerie et il est tout proche de pleins de points de vue. L’hôtel est adapté aux enfants et il a même une petite piscine pour enfants avec toboggan (à l’écart de la piscine pour adultes.”
