“The room and the washroom are spacious, well designed, and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Service is great. It is close to the central of the sightseeing area and needs just a 5 to 10 min walk, which I think is better to avoid the crowd. I will stay here again when I go to Colmar and will definitely recommend friends to stay too.”

“Although the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes! But hey ho the other staff were all dlieghtful and efficient. A special place.”

“It really was a beautiful and charming medieval property, but with all the modern comforts. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. Being greeted by the smell of baking, every time I came back, was glorious! The bakery team were also, really friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for having me Madam Troppi! “Simply an amazing experience! The service was top performance both in the hotel and the restaurant. Even after closing hours, the kitchen stayed open and served one exquisite meal after the other along with outstanding wines, they make a wonderful experience and high performance in making close to Michelin standard in cooking and on top a highly experienced sommelier to ensure matching wines. Despite this they had a first class service towards very tired kids for the adults to enjoy the evening.……
