“Staff was extremely accommodating once we got there. There seems to have been miscommunication before arrival, for arranging things such as gondola passes and shuttle services. “Misplacing the bookings”. Once I expressed my frustration they did seem to get the matter resolved. The shuttle service driver Jacob was absolutely amazing. Was available the second we called, and made our experience amazing! Dealing with 14 bachelorette party ladies was definitely a tall task!Deserves a raise for sure!”

“Easy self check-in. Right in the middle of everything (shipping/dinning). And right across the road from the water. The room had a large window overlooking the water and you could open it to catch the breeze. Definitely will be going back!”

“The balcony view was perfect; the room was tasteful, beds comfortable, crisp linens ( not the cheap, clingy microfiber bedding, thankfully). Quiet room, helpful staff, nice common areas. Would definitely recommend, and as a little getaway ( I live only an hour inland) it cannot be beat. Good access to hiking and biking, and of course the serenity of Lake Superior. ”
