The only issue we had was that there were cigarette butts all under the smoking trash post, One of the bed’s comforters wasn’t cleaning there was another bed in the room, so it was fine. “Quiet neighborhood and 20 mins to Raymond James & Steinbrenner Field. Bathrooms are a bit cramped but they do the trick. The third bedroom has a king, pullout couch queen and a single person air mattress. Think the description says something different. The neighbors have a rooster that started up at 5:18 AM and also some dogs that started barking around 7. Nothing mentioned would deter me from staying here again. ”

“Overall the stay was fine. Beautiful property, nice neighborhood, we had two issues, the first and most important issue we had was with the Security Deposit. It wasnt in the upfront cost. The deposit was requested about a week before the trip. So we had no idea how much was needed until then, i have no problem paying the deposit. The problem was not knowing the amount upfront.
