“A great overnight stay at Pinnacle following a hiking event on the Isle of Wight. Thank you for allowing me to get into the room before 3pm - it was very much appreciated following the hike!”

“Front door handle was hanging off upon arrival Kitchen and dining table dirty Bath room light flickered dangerous on and off Front door lock to the block of flats was apparently broken so ended up locked out one evening. Hob ignitor broken No plug for the bath – this was important to us as we had our toddler staying with us and showers are very tricky! Telly remote didn’t work – we went to get batteries No live TV – difficult when we wanted to watch the Olympics The chest of draws were……

“位置比较好，离超市及火车站步行大约五分钟，离海滩差不多15分钟；不足是房间偏小，浴室偏小，起初给的房间刚刚油漆过，味道很重，呛了一整晚，第二天一早，要求换到了隔壁，房间味道没有了，但更小了……”

“Great location for us, right opposite a walk down to the beach and a good eaterie - Beachcomber and a lovely ice cream parlour next door.Great hosts left us fresh milk in the fridge and coffee/tea/sugar too - thanks!”
