“The host, Kyle, was fantastic and very responsive. The view was beautiful, the home was very nice and clean. We had a large group, though the house is not very big, the layout worked exceptionally well. There is large grassy play area and a large deck for entertaining the kids. It is right across the street from a fishing/swimming beach that also has a hiking trail.The location was perfect for our group. Very close to St Johnsbury and within 30 minutes of Montpelier and Littleton. If the A/C is……

“The property and view were amazing. The proximity to excellent breweries, hikes, and kayaking made it a perfect base for us for our vacation. Mornings were spent exploring the nearby areas and the afternoons and evenings on the front porch just soaking in the views of the mountains and property. Bedrooms and propery were very well furnished and comfortable. Would definitely look forward to returninf if our travels lead us in that direction.”

“We traveled to the area to see family and to sight see and the trip was fabulous! This house is comfy and you truly feel at home here. Great location for walking to restaurants as well as stores. Also Sunday morning Farmer’s mkt. The walking trails around this area are fabulous too! We were lucky enough to be here for the First Friday art and concert in Littleton as well, and it was wonderful! As much or as little as you want to do, this is a great house for it, and our trip was very enjoyable!”

“The house was just perfect, in a perfect location with a beautiful scenery. Nicole (host) was always on top of everything and readily available to help. We had a small issue with the heater but the owner reacted even before we noticed and resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes.”

“This is a comfy house, very quiet area . Typical rural Vermont house on the new side. Unlike many similar houses i really appreciate the provision of staples for the kitchen, annoying to have to get this for a short trip but this property was well stocked with spices, utensils tea and coffee etc . The owners have been reasonable on this point. Reasonably priced property suitable for a small family. Located about 10 minutes east of St Johnsbury. A couple of nice farm stands nearby.”
