“We had the best stay. The house was fabulous inside and out and the host was terrific and very accommodating. We love the area and have stayed in several diff rentals around NULU over the years and this was a favorite for sure. The host has seriously thought of everything and incorporated lots of welcoming touches that take a great property over the top. Comfortable and super walkable to all our favorite spots. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“2 dads and their teens stayed a could night's for a sports competition across the boarder in Kentucky. The upstairs bedroom with it's own bathroom was a nice retreat and nothing was substandard. The hoopsters bar a block away was a gem too. I plan to contact the host about coming back.”

“This house was a good place to stay during our visit to Louisville. The kitchen was adequately furnished, the bedrooms were nice, and the balconies were wonderful. It appears to be an older home, so there were some charms that we encountered that were expected. The heating/cooling is uneven from level to level. The upstairs got hot, the basement got cold. There are fans and space heaters available to mitigate that issue. The electrical is aged, so some light fixtures didn't work or worked……

“Highlight of this property is definitely the outdoor space! We greatly enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor seating, and fenced in yard.The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood minutes from Louisville. Garage space available for use. Towels, blankets, and dishes were well stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property, especially for families and travelers with pets.”

“This place is the perfect place to stay when visiting Louisville. We were able to park on the street right in front of the home. After a long day of traveling, we walked into a beautiful home filled with eclectic artwork and the sound of smooth jazz—immediately felt relaxed. Izzy, the host, has thought of everything you could need even night lights and umbrellas. The location is ideal for walking around Old Louisville and you are close to many attractions—Church Hill Downs, Louisville Slugger……

“This is a super nice house with lots of potential. It is obvious it is still under renovation, but that did not affect anything about our stay. It was cozy, quiet and has lots of space! The owner was very friendly and easy to reach. New internet was put in on our first day there and worked beautifully. It’s out from town on quite a bit of land, but a close drive to most area attractions! Deer visited us daily. It was clean and very comfortable! The outside still needs some work, but we could……

“We stayed with 10 for a work trip. The location is right in the heart of downtown, which is great; however, that also comes with a significant number of homeless individuals very close to the property (including sleeping on our front step). The manager was very responsive and tried his best to help. Just know that you will be interacting with squatters right outside your door.”
