“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rock Pipit Lodge. The accommodation has been really tastefully decorated, has everything you need, and is very comfortable and cosy. The other great features are the art room, utility room and masses of games and puzzles on offer. The grounds are beautiful, too, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. On our first day we had a lovely walk from the top field to Lee Abbey and the bay, and it is a great base for local attractions such as Woody Bay……

“Communication and check in was easy and simple. We were provided with clear instructions on how to access the property and the amenities available in plenty of time. The property itself is large with plenty of room. It's quite eccentric and old but comfortable. Some areas were not as clean as we would have liked but it did not ruin the experience. The beds were not the most comfortable but we managed for a few nights. Location is stunning. Amazing walks and local pub. We also went house riding……
