“酒店感覺優雅，房間內亦很整潔，酒店員工服務一般，乘電梯時遇上也沒有表情，有一件事可以提醒住客，房間mini bar內有2支同一牌子水，有一支酒店有個牌仔掛住please to offer，另一支水是沒有的，所以只有一支水是免費的！我最初以為2支也是免費，原來不是，有少許被人搵笨的感覺”

“Villa Florentine was nice but not as upscale as some of the other Relais & Chateau properties I have stayed at. The room service breakfast was not very good and overpriced. The layout of the suite was difficult with the bed upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly.”

“酒店位置算中心，晚上電單車很吵，酒店因為有些年份，所以有陣霉味，厠所排水系統有陣異味，淋浴排水有堵塞。前台有幾個職員不太友善，很冷，不客氣，但是有位亞洲面孔的女生，很熱情，還讓我們提早入住。酒店的法國餐廳非常好，我們住六天，連續吃了三天晚餐，非常值得。”

I would unhesitatingly recommend Marc and Helene's wonderful apartment at 6 rue de la Barre to anyone wanting to spend some time in Lyon. “The location is good, the room size is reasonable; however there are dusts accumulated right at the fan of the shower room, and there are also dirt at the corners of the shower bathtub. There are also mild odour in the room. ”
