“Host wouldn't answer any questions until the week of our stay, hot tub was green and unusable when we arrived, host refused to come out or have someone treat it. We were told we would get a partial refund for that but didn't. Ended up shocking the water ourselves. There was a bottle marked E-coli in the refrigerator so we were afraid to use it. The fridge and oven were visibly filthy. The house smelled so bad of dog we had to buy scented candles and air freshener to stay. There were not enough……

“The house was beautiful and big enough for all of us. The lake was the most peaceful one we’ve ever been to. We’ve stayed all over the Adirondacks and Maine. We were a little nervous at first with no cell service but STARLINK wifi was great and we had no issues. There is also a landline. Kayaking surrounded by gorgeous mountains was amazing. ”

“Home is huge and beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Hot tub was awesome! Very quiet area. Hidden away in the mountains, it’s a perfect place for peace and relaxation. Easy to recommend this as your oasis in the mountains! There is also a very nice tavern within walking distance. Nice folks and good food. ”

“The house was cozy and beautifully decorated inside. My husband really enjoyed the entertainment area in the finished basement. The deck is right next to the kitchen and dining area which is great for grilling and nice family dinners. The nearest supermarkets were small and limited so we had to travel further out, about forty minutes, for a full grocery run. This was necessary for us because we had a longer stay. Aside from the location being far from stores, the rental was what we needed for……
