“The whole experience was unexpectedly disappointing. Internet is out of services for the whole stay (4 nights). The customer services asked me to contact to other WiFi (in other rooms) but no internet still. Then they mentioned that they would send a technician on the next day but that person never came. The room provides very limited cookwares & appliances - no pans, no kettle, no spatula, no boiling pot. The stove was so poor that it took 10mins+ to boil 250ml of water. Location is okay……

“There are some feedback regarding with the attitude of hotel staffs, but everyone was extremely helpful and nice during my stays which I really appreciated. Location is great! very convenient, internet is fast and stable, gym is small but enough for simple exercise. ”

“Muito bom, o apartamento que eu fiquei estava muito limpo e cheiroso, com aspecto de limpeza ótimo, apesar de uma obra na frente do prédio a sacada estava limpa. Os móveis são confortáveis na medida ideal, a cama já tem um bom conforto. Tive um problema com o chuveiro mas eu mesmo resolvi. A falta de comunicação e de funcionários não chega ser a um problema, me responderam rápido quando precisei. ”
