“I have stayed at this hotel twice now, for work trips. Both times I was greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism. On my second trip, I had to leave before 6am to get to the Bay Area for a meeting, and the lovely ladies that were working that morning were kind enough to let me grab a quick bite to go from the buffet that was all set up, but not technically open until 6am. And they asked if I were happy with all aspects of my stay as well! Great job! Keep it up!!”
