“ 這間住宿位於Akko中心，不管到海邊或是清真寺、土耳其浴場、市集，都是步行可達的距離。我們入住的這間很有住在土耳其Cappadocia地下屋的感覺，但接待處那棟以及另外吃早餐的地方的建築又是摩洛哥Riad形式（提醒：接待處和房間不在同一個地方，但循著門上的指示很容易可找到，接待處是水藍色新穎的大門，要按鈴才有人開門），房間內部和網站圖片一樣美，而且空間很大，checkin時老闆很認真的為我們解說及介紹餐廳，工作人員也很熱心的協助一切。Akko是我們到以色列旅遊第一個過夜的城市，雖然天氣不好是有些可惜，但人潮因此少了很多，也這裡開啟了我們對以色列的好印象。很喜歡穿梭在Akko阿拉伯曲折的街道中，更願意再為了Zidan Sarai 再次造訪Akko!”

“Location was great, close to the heart of the old town. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Balcony looking on to the old city wall was nice. However, the bed had no top sheet - just a bottom sheet and a blanket. We tried to get a sheet of one of the bunk beds, but it was dirty and smelly. Staff provided a top sheet when asked and we fitted it ourselves. There were no tea or coffee making facilities anywhere. The TV had no channels at all, so was purely for decoration.”

“This is a beautifully and tastefully restored vintage property. The hosts are welcoming and multilingual. I highly recommend it. My only minor complaint was that I found it impossible to turn off the air conditioning at night - I don't like to sleep with AC. My solution was to pull out the room card from the power control and turn off the electricity for the room, but that meant we couldn't charge our phones. But that's minor, and I'm sure that if we'd said something the management would have……

“It is a case of you get what you paid for. The breakfast was lousy. The shower was terrible and flooded the bathroom. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. The balcony was big and a great surprise. It did not feel like a hostel but more like a hotel.. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioning turned off when we left the room, not a major issue. Overall if you are on a limited budget it is worth looking into this place. It was in a great location.”

“It’s fine to stay there. Overall is good. The private beach was good. The hair dryer was not provided. And there is no desk in the rooms so not so easy to use laptops. The bed and shower room are good, But there was a thunder storm coming and the electricity was down for hours. The breakfast is ok. ”

“This hotel has it all the to become a great hotel, however due to poor maintanence and cleaning condition i would not recommend this hotel. we are still trying to sort a double payment we were charged ordering an extra breakfast. we paid cash and yet after we left the hotel charge our credit card, without asking us, or trying to contact us. when we contact them to check why they charged again the reception manager claimed we never paid the extra breakfast though we are holding an invoice for……
