“Wonderful experience ”

“This small cabin has your basic necessities and was just fine for my father and I on our last fishing trip of the year. I booked this location due to having a boat dock where I could keep my boat in the water. Unfortunately, late in the year they lower the water levels on the lake and our boat dock was not accessible due to the low water levels. Pretty much mud at dock with only 6" of water at the end where owners pontoon boat was docked. Any other type of fishing boat, including mine would……

“The property was as described, located conveniently in downtown Perth. Shops, restaurants, and surrounding area was easily accessible by foot, and everything else was no more than a 5-min drive. Communication with our host was fast and efficient. She was always available to address any questions or concerns. I recommend this property and host for your stay if you are planning a trip to visit Perth.”

“The communication with Andriy was excellent. We recieved a nice detailed note with everything we might need to know about our stay. VRBO had served us this stay when we did a filtered search for places with a hot tub and we saw one in the pictures. When we found the tub empty, we reached out to ask how to set it up, only to be informed that it didn't work. Andriy explained that they had never listed it as an amenity, and generously offered us a partial refund. I was grateful for the sincerity……

“Had a lovely last minute visit with 2 friends. Beautiful moonlight over the lake, meals on the deck and swims in the lake. We canoed, paddle boarded and biked in the area - 5 kms to the recreational trail. Ceiling in the loft is probably low for most adults. Scott was very easy to communicate with”

“We had a lovely time at this beautiful cabin for the holidays. It made a perfect base for our adventures. The provincial park close by was great for hiking and the wildlife in the area made for perfect dog TV out the windows.We picked the location due to its proximity to friends that we were visiting and attending the World Juniors in Ottawa with.The house was everything we needed and more. It was such a nice relaxing getaway.”
