“a classic property in every sense. i wish the shower water was warmer. otherwise everything was great”

“Was very surprised how easy the check-in was with no lobby or front desk. room was perfect. nice kitchen with everything needed to cook. room very comfortable and a great view. pool was very nice. has a small apartment for my family for a great price. will be my go to place to stay going forward ”

“Upon arrival I found the room to be really dirty, only one towel, the television wasn’t working, no toilet seat, a dry loogy in the sink, and the walls had what looked like boogers on it, so I went to request another room and the clerk did switch me. She took me to another room and she had me check to see if the toilet seat was good and I agreed. After she left, I began to notice the television didn’t work, I checked to see if it was plugged in and the cable was cut and there was no T.v. Plug. I……

“Basic and inexpensive”

“上当受骗的感觉，前台接待很友善，热情。酒店的房间很小，重点是大部分都是没有窗户的，床超级小的，进了房间，里面没有浴巾，拖鞋等。房间还不是很干净，不知道怎么回事。早餐就是一盘，对不起这个价格。附近吃饭还是比较方便， 但是停车场就很小。浴室小，洗澡了就水喷了到处都是。”

“Convenient, closest hotel to Davao International Airport. Several restaurants in the premises. Adequate free parking. Drawback: reception area and rooms are on the second floor, no elevator or escalator, just steps. ”

“What I like most about this hotel is that it has rooms that could conveniently sleep several people. Last year, we were 8, this year, 3. I also like their restaurant, which has a variety of food and drinks options. And being that I have close relatives in Davao, I was able to invite them to dine in the hotel with me, thus avoiding hassles finding restaurants somewhere else. I also like the warm pool, has good size and depth. ”
