“I was here for 24 nights and it was an overall fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and promptly serviced when required. I would highly consider making this hotel my regular for when I visit Tagum. ”

“The hotel itself offers a clean, comfortable room with excellent housekeeping services, making for a mostly pleasant stay. The small rooftop terrace pool is a nice facility. While the American breakfast was acceptable, it was insufficient and additional food was charged, and the other breakfast options were limited, of poor quality, and also insufficient. The need to order extra items led to additional charges, which seemed excessive, with a 100-peso fee per item delivered to the room. The hotel……

“When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day……

“スタッフの方は親切で部屋も使いやすく過ごしやすかったです。レストランの食事も美味しかったです。空港ピックアップは1800ペソと高いです。帰りのボートは無料でした。マーケットでフルーツを買いましたが、ホテルに持ち込み禁止と言われました。チェックアウトまでフロントで保管されたので痛んでしまって残念です。ドリアンとかではなかったので、先に言って欲しかったです。”

“It was nice to visit but had No fridge , or jug to boil water to have a coffee in the room so you had to go and buy cold drinks from the cafe and they where expensive, The room was great and the view was as well , it’s far away from the main town and cost’s about 750 pesos and takes about 45 minutes, we had a good time but in hindsight we should have stayed closer to town ”
