While the American breakfast was acceptable, it was insufficient and additional food was charged, and the other breakfast options were limited, of poor quality, and also insufficient. The need to order extra items led to additional charges, which seemed excessive, with a 100-peso fee per item delivered to the room. The hotel……

“The Lucky 9 hotel is a very nice quiet hotel. The staff is friendly & always available to help in the event you need anything. One of the greatest points about the Lucky 9 is their backup generator. In this part of the Philippines, "brownouts" are a most common occurrence. There is no loss of power at the Lucky 9 as the generator is always ready to go !! ”
