“This stay was wonderful! It is a large loft (master BR, large kitchen and a good-sized living room) on top of the horse barn. There is also a big porch to view all the horse activities. It was wonderful to watch them in the pasture in the evenings and early mornings - similar to watching boats moored at night. Very peaceful!”

“Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!”

“I have stayed here 2X because it is close to family and great for dogs. Large shady yard! There was a hole that my dog found which I was assured will be looked at. I also had an issue with neighbor’s chicks coming in under privacy fence. If you have a dog with high prey drive you’ll have to be watchful. ”

“My wife and my son and his wife and our two teenage grandsons spent the week at this property while we isit attended a family reunion in Baker County, then dinner and a performance of West Side Story at the Alhambra in Jacksonville, and a trip to Universal Studios in Orlando. “My family and I stayed here for a wedding on the other side of the Lake. We really enjoyed the house, it was big enough for the whole family and had an amazing back yard. “We were so thankful to find this house. We needed the space for our whole family to gather for my a wedding nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the many extras provided like when my niece forgot to pack her toothpaste there was some travel at the house. We couldn’t enjoy our time because we were constantly being harassed and spyed on literally our entire stay. The host tried to make more money off of the guests by inaccurately counting bodies that did not stay. We had to make the best of our visit because of our planned event.
