“This place is quiet, near downtown Starke, surrounding lakes and the airport in Gainesville. The owner responded to questions I might have quickly. Everything is new and the place is so cozy. This place is only 10 minutes from my daughter and it worked out great for us since we were down for a graduation. I cannot wait to rent this place again. ”

“Dock is great! New with composite decking so no splinters in little feet! House is small but works, we had family in and out all week and there was room enough for everyone to sleep and relax. ”

“This property and house is well maintained, clean, and fully furnished. The dock is perfect for spending the day outside and playing in the water. The covered portion of the dock has plenty of room and seating for a group of 10. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again in the future!”

“We were so thankful to find this house. We needed the space for our whole family to gather for my a wedding nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the many extras provided like when my niece forgot to pack her toothpaste there was some travel at the house. We were really happy with the house snd the opportunity it gave foe my family to sit around the fire pit and enjoy each other. ”

“This was a personal getaway as well as event space for my daughter and her friends to celebrate her sweet 16. Thy lovd it and once the celebration was over I enjoyed the sitting areas and peaceful areas on property.”

“Really, really nice! Quite surprised at the spaciousness, the general accommodations, the amenities (soaps, shampoos, grill w/ full propane, pool toys, kitchenware, cooking supplies)! Very clever door lock system and password control. Cleanliness and orderliness were well above expectations!”

“At first everything seemed to be going well until I started receiving constant messages from the host after we checked in. We couldn’t enjoy our time because we were constantly being harassed and spyed on literally our entire stay. The host tried to make more money off of the guests by inaccurately counting bodies that did not stay. We had to make the best of our visit because of our planned event. We also didn’t cause any trouble or damages. Put tape on the camera if you’re going to stay at……
