“My wife and my son and his wife and our two teenage grandsons spent the week at this property while we isit attended a family reunion in Baker County, then dinner and a performance of West Side Story at the Alhambra in Jacksonville, and a trip to Universal Studios in Orlando. This was a comfortable and well-appointed place to return to every evening to relax, stretch out, unwind, and get a good night's sleep. We spent the last full day of our visit playing in the pool, watching streaming films……

“We had a great getaway for three days. The pictures and description don’t do the place justice. A great cabin to relax and reconnect. Just sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch with a coffee, a canoe trip on the river and sitting by the fire place was everything we needed. Skip was a great host and responded right away, making sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend anytime - 4x4 is recommended when rainy :-) Thank you for a great stay!”

“We were so thankful to find this house. We needed the space for our whole family to gather for my a wedding nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the many extras provided like when my niece forgot to pack her toothpaste there was some travel at the house. We were really happy with the house snd the opportunity it gave foe my family to sit around the fire pit and enjoy each other. ”

“At first everything seemed to be going well until I started receiving constant messages from the host after we checked in. We couldn’t enjoy our time because we were constantly being harassed and spyed on literally our entire stay. The host tried to make more money off of the guests by inaccurately counting bodies that did not stay. We had to make the best of our visit because of our planned event. “The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert.”

A different tenant let us in. There was significant damage to the room. It was not reflective of the posted ad. There were physical Hazards to include a broken front door handle, a hole in the floor, a broken bed, shotty electrical, and no smoke detectors. We left after the first night and the owner did not……
