“This property exceeded my expectations. It's a cute, cozy cottage style home in a quiet part of Lake City. The grounds are well kept, there's a circular driveway for ease of entry or exit, there's a sitting area in the back. The house itself is very clean, stocked with everything you could need (linens, cookware, utensils, washer/dryer, throw blankets, fire logs, etc.) except food.
