“We had a great getaway for three days. The pictures and description don’t do the place justice. A great cabin to relax and reconnect. Just sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch with a coffee, a canoe trip on the river and sitting by the fire place was everything we needed. Skip was a great host and responded right away, making sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend anytime - 4x4 is recommended when rainy :-) Thank you for a great stay!”

“After a 17 hour drive from Illinois, i had to reach out to the host for checking in details which she said she would provide at 3pm. They were not provided so o reached out to vrbo for help. I finally got a call from the host at 4:15 with the check in details. The host was nice and apologetic and said that the vbro platform was not working so she couldn't contact me though the app. We were tired and wanted to get dinner so we did that after moving stuff into the house. “Easy to get to, convenient location in a very quiet area down a dirt road, with quick access to stores, gas stations, restaurants and the interstate. Has basic essentials, needed a computer to access Starlink, if you want more than basic tv. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch. ”
