“Was a really lovely house and area to stay in. The kids especially loved seeing the deers near the property. The host was great as someone in our group had left their kindle and the host sent it back for free which was very nice!”

“A beautiful little farm close by to the town. The host was lovely and showed the kids how to feed the animals. Lambs, sheet, goats, chickens etc. kids had fun feeding the animals and collecting eggs. Spent the day in thirlmere and visited the railway museum which the kids loved too. ”

“Our family loved our weekend at Highlands Lake House. Sam was amazing to communicate with. Location stunning. House had great atmosphere. We loved the log fire and fire pit. Highly recommend. Only comment would be to Stayz that it would improve information for people with additional needs if you listed each accessibility feature rather than just a generic ‘wheelchair accessible’ comment. (Eg step free access to different areas including showers etc.) if you provided hosts with different……
