“This place seemed smaller than listed. I think the description had it at 2,300 square feet or so. I didn't measure it but it would really surprise me if it's that big. The inside of the house was clean but has quite a bit of what I consider to be antique clutter. If you like that type of thing, you'll probably feel right at home here. “The cozy studio condo is a nice place. The listing description is mostly accurate. The "water view" is a stretch but that's not why we stayed here so it's wasn't a problem for us but there isn't much of a view. The location is great, very close to all Saugatuck has to offer. It's a nice walk into town. The condo is small but good for a couples weekend. Communication was good. Check-in and out was very easy.”

“My wife and I were looking for a place within walking distance to downtown Holland for a long weekend, and found this wonderful getaway that is about a 20 minute walk from there. We were also able to walk to Washington Square, which was a neat bonus! The space was immaculate and well furnished, and the owner, who lived downstairs, was extremely friendly and gave us the space we needed. It was just like a hotel suite! Overall, a great experience - we would both highly recommend!”
