“This is a hotel, not a home. You have to haul your luggage up about four flights of stone steps, but the view from the roof is incredible of the town and all the surrounding Inca ruins. The hotel was not informed of our arrival and although VRBO said we had paid, we had to pay again on our arrival.”

“Lovely home in Urubamba. Bruno answered all of our questions & was very helpful. Housekeeper Flora made us a delicious breakfast! Condo is in a gated community & felt very secure. Close to many restaurants.”

“I booked and had a confirmation number. Drove for hours to get there. The road was blocked so we eight had to turn around and try another way. When the host EVENTUALLY answered, he said he had no booking! He said Expedia never communicated with him. We had to go from door to door to find somewhere that could take 8 people. Had to use one hotel for half the time and another for the rest of the time. ”
