“Older property well maintained. Owner found us when we lost looking for the place. Very responsive to questions.”

“Overall the place was great. We had a few small issues such as internet connectivity and it was very cold inside. We also saw the occasional ant but that can be expected in an open air house. ”

“We really enjoyed our time at the pyramid. The view was amazing. It’s a bit of a walk down so keep that in mind for anyone with physical limitations. The dinner they cooked as amazing and they even taught us how to make mojitos while dinner was being cooked. Close enough to the train station to walk. Don’t hesitate to stay in one of the amazing pyramids!!”

“We had a reservation with this property, and when we reached out the host was non-responsive. After finally getting a phone number from VRBO I was able to connect with the host while we were en route to the property. She did not speak English, but from my broken Spanish I believe told me this property/listing is no longer active and we did not have a reservation (even though VRBO had approved the reservation and taken our money). Seven of us stranded after dark in Cusco with no place to go for……

“We had 7 people each with own bedroom and bath which was great. Nothing fancy but well worth the price for 2 nights to acclimate before 4 day hike. Great location close to plaza, lots of great restaurants around. Place was cold. There was a heater that didn’t work so they brought another. Large space heater didn’t get warm upstairs. Water pressure a problem, make sure you understand the water situation before showering! But management very attentive and there to help and answer questions.”

“Fast communication. The place is as described in the photos. Clean, airy. 24/7 front desk so we felt secured. The check in process can use some improvements, make sure you ask the host to confirm the apartment number prior to check in. ”
