“There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... They were absolutely nothing but kind, caring, and very accommodating! The rooms have a bit of a walk, or some of them you repel into - and it can be a bit treacherous at night. The staff……

“My wife and I had an amazing time. We really loved it! Sandra and her team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We were fed well and the food was amazing! They really care about the rainforest and work with a local wildlife rescue that rescues animal and rehabilitates them to go back into the wild. When you stay here, you help them with their mission to protect the Amazon rainforest. Alejandro was an amazing guide and has a great eye for spotting wildlife. Definitely……

“Overall a good stay. The hosts were friendly and the food was decent. Unfortunately, there seemed to be an issue with the hot water tank, so we didn’t have hot water during our stay. Aside from that, it was a good value for the price.”

We drove from Ica which was a 14hr drive, which meant that we arrived in the late hours of day, even though it was late Anita greeted us with an Andean herb hot tea.
