“Not a great start. We arrived, had not received a text re cabin access and nobody answered the phone. When checking with Eungella Chalet we discovered that whoever input the dates into their systems had made a mistake. We had no accommodation for first night - dates a day ahead. Fortunately the lady at the chalet managed to find a one night stay at Broken River 5km away and the wonderful host there, Wen, welcomed us plus said she would work out payment with the cabins. Once we were in our cabin,……

“There was a bad smell in main Bathroom, very strong, The main Bedroom A/C didn’t get cold. The other rooms a/c good. Stain on floor & wall.
