“There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling……

“no wifi ,cause no wifi no TV also micro wave not working could not contact owner . It was a disappointing way to end a vacation when paying full price. Not worth the stay. One expects that every works that they post about the rental . ”

“Well arrived and was asked the next morning for a deposit.. wish i had time to check condo before handing over.. no cutlery to eat greasy plate washing machine not working.. 3 days to get cutlery, took over a week to replace washing machine with another faulty one. I had bad tummy problems and needed the washing machine but could only use it once as the door would not open. Due to feeling unwell I needed the washer. But I was so fed up keep asking I left it. I did leave a few marks on the sheets……

“PROS: 1. Close to airport, with the terrible traffic jam its quite convenient 2. Staff are helpful CONS: 1. WIFI sucks, cant load anything 2. Food taste salty and not taste good 3. Shower slowly turn cold 4. Some power socket are not working ”

“Nightmare facilities, air conditioning leaks, no restaurant, elevator broke down so had to walk up 14 flights of stairs, electricity went off constantly, impossible to get taxi service. STAY AWAY, VERY TINY ROOMS NO SUPPORT STAFF WORST PLACE EVER IN MY 30 YEARS OF TRAVEL”

“the room was clean and cozy, but the smelling of mold and the drain was stinky. the property is also clean but the lobby is stinky same with the drain. staff are very nice!”

Suitable for family but not Solo Travellers

"The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "
