“Enjoyed my stay, had a pleasant experience. Reception team is affable and respectful, communication with them is smooth, and while cheerful and friendly, they stay professional. “10 out of 10 stars ! Absolutely fabulous ! We were on the 17th floor with balcony. Elevators were very fast , very convenient and close to over 30 restaurants banks are close as well . The pool was wonderful and very big , they also had two kids poolsI would say this would be a prime location. There’s no better to stay in my opinion. This is a condo unit and it had its own kitchen huge refrigerator dining area when I come back I will definitely be returning to this location.”

“Not satisfied because there were lacking of blankets, towels, pillows that supposedly good for 8 persons. No rugs for the washroom floor, no shower curtains if we’re using the shower so it was so wet after. No water dispenser. Some of the outlets were not working. Blankets were smelly. ”

“I stayed at this condo for two weeks and had the chance to experience two different rooms. "The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "
