He then told me I needed to cancel the booking and when I tried, it said I couldn’t cancel without forfeiting the cost. I have now been charged and still don’t have a resolution. My guess is that they use VRBO to advertise, but when they have a standard booking option, they cancel the VRBO bookings to make more $. These people are not honest. Now I get to work with VRBO to……

I see another note pasted to another window to call this other no. for registration. Manager finally showed up. Surly. I was given a room where a ladder was in front of my window and all parking spaces taken by construction crew. I asked for another room - again he was surly. No more rooms, he said. No one else complained. he said. ……
