“The house is spacious and lovely. The location is perfect- walkable to Perkins Cove as advertised and it’s on a quiet street. The house was very clean. It’s well equipped except for baking supplies (no mixer or mixing bowl) and the ping pong paddles were broken and beat. We enjoyed playing with the 2 useable but crummy paddles. “You could tell how new this property was with every detail in the home and the cleanliness! Also host thought of leaving many helpful things that we didn’t need to bring (all bedding, bath towels, beach towels, wagon, nice beach chairs). Our group of five (four adults and a 4 year old) had a great stay and had plenty of room to spread out. Hope to return again in the future! ”

“We enjoyed staying at this property for a long weekend with our families. The property was large enough for all couples to have their own bedroom with a bathroom which made it comfortable for everyone. The property was close to downtown (about a mile walk) which was enjoyable for us to not have to drive. The outdoor views and amenities were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. ”

“It was a nice and clean house but the internet went out on our third day and wasn’t fixed and one of the sliding glass doors we couldn’t lock because the deadbolt was completely missing so we had to jam the door so we’d feel it was safer and the neighbors are way closer then we thought they would be other than those things we enjoyed our stay ”

“Everything about this stay was perfect. The house is immaculate and fully stocked. Location is ideal for beach walks and watching the sunrise. Owner was accessible at all time. I wouldn’t change on thing. ”

“Property was exactly as listed and everyone had an amazing weekend celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday! The only thing I will say is parking is very limited! We had people joining us from Maine and NH and had seven vehicles. Had it been peak season not sure what we would have done! ”

“The property was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. It was incredibly well appointed. ”

“We were visiting NH to see my brother. We spent quite a bit of time relaxing at the house and it was wonderful. The views were beautiful and the lake was peaceful although I suspect it would be much busier during the summer season. The hosts were exactly as communicative as desired. We highly recommend this property to others and would stay again in the future.”
