“It was nice to be within walking distance of the gorgeous span of Atlantic ocean beach. The house was in a great location. Beds were grsar, we all slept well. The bathroom was kind of gross and outdated (esp the shower), furniture appeared to be curb finds. For the nightly price i expected a bit nicer accomodations. Overall though host was fantastic, location was great, too. We were there for just a night stopover before flying out the next morning”

The house was stocked with everything was needed and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful - even responding when we needed recommendations on little things like where to park! “The property had a casual laid-back feel. Open area which was good for conversation. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. A little better job could’ve been done when cleaning the cabinet doors, the over the range hood, and the dining table. Everyone loves the big comfy reading chair next to the huge picture. The busy road wasn’t an issue except at night when we had to open the windows because the third floor was too hot (79) and the temperature could not be regulated. We love……

“Nice older house that has had many of the systems upgraded. Located in a great neighborhood very close to the local beach. All amenities are provided so you won't need to bring any household goods. Very good communication and responses with Luke and Franny. Definitely worth a visit!”
