“A great stay in Portsmouth for New Year’s Eve !”

“This cozy, centrally located apartment was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed all the natural light and proximity to cafes, bookstores, etc. Would absolutely recommend!”

“This property was just what we needed. An affordable, no frills space. The immediate area is up and coming and a short walk to Downtown So. Berwick with a choice of restaurants and lovely market.”

“Hi. My wife and I and our adult son stayed here for a few days of exploring the Portsmouth area. What a perfect spot! The unit was exactly as advertised and in an excellent location downtown. Walkable to all shops and restaurants. We had one minor issue with one of the toilets and the host response was quick and the matter resolved. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it! ”

“The property was extremely convenient to town and marginal way. That Place (the restaurant) was so convenient and had amazing food! The owners were very kind. Just a FYI: The cottage was quite a few stairs. We could have used a few extra towels. But it was extremely clean and the kitchen area was well stocked. ”

“Walkable to downtown Dover and lots of great restaurants & breweries. Very cute little downtown area. 15 mins to UNH. Very clean apartment, and lots of coffee was provided! The bottle of wine is also a nice touch. A little noisy (thin walls and doors, so you hear neighbors going in and out, as well as the train going by.) Quite quiet at night though, and comfy bed. We slept well. Would stay here again .”

The location is not only close to downtown Dover shops and restaurants but also a short trip to the Maine Seacoast. Our host responded quickly to our inquiries.and took great care to make sure we were comfortable. We travel to the area often to visit family and will always look to book this property. Wonderful!”
