“This place was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. We loved the facilities too. Couple cons for our family was that there was only one parking spot available…we had to switch out cars for a couple do days and only one bedroom for all four of us. Our kids didn’t end up bringing their friends. It would be tight for 6 people. I would recommend staying here though. We are looking into another property at the Holiday House for next year’s trip…but if that falls through we will try to rebook……

“Check-in couldn’t have been smoother. The unit was available early and the host let us know. Self check-in with a key pad is very convenient. The place was sparkling clean, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Kitchen was adequately stocked for light meal and snack prep but not for cooking large meals indoors. A nice grill is available outside. The host’s communication was very good and responsive. ”

“Very good. Recommend having a second key inside so you don’t have to deal with the lockbox everytime. I think it said one would be there online but we never found it. We are older and it eas cold getting in sometimes. Overall it was excellent and we loved our time there. ”

“What a great spot! A location; tasteful, comfortable furnishings; historical significance galore and a most accommodating host. Portsmouth is a charming place with an artsy, progressive vibe. We will definitely be back.”

“This is our second summer staying here. The owner and property manager have great communication, the property is very clean, and perfect for our family of four. The heated pool is perfect to come back to after the beach and my kids loved the ping pong table. We will be back again next year. ”

“We’ve rented this unit several times and will be back again! Small but nicely appointed and in the heart of everything. 5 min walk to the beach, to the center of town and two blocks from a trolley stop. Parking on-site. WiFi is reliable, washed/dryer and outside courtyard are clutch if traveling with kids. ”

“I rented this spot for a quick getaway with my daughters and my one year old granddaughter. We absolutely loved it ! So spacious, beautifully updated! We were already taking about coming back! The only thing I would suggest is clearer instructions for trash disposal . Welcome e-mail said one thing, exit email said another . We lucked out with another guest leaving and he should us where it was . Highly recommend this place !”
