“Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!”

“The host is very prompt in his replies and information. My husband and I found the property easy to get to and access.The actual unit (#4) we were in had a small freezer as well as a mini fridge, so that was a bonus!You need to bring your own propane if you want to use the grill. We were not aware of that. We ended up taking one of the empty tanks and exchanging and decided to leave our full tank to gift to the next guests. :)We set up across the street on the beach about a 3 minute walk to the……

Literally steps from the beach (if we forgot something it was a 2 minute walk back!), and it was spotless!The pics were spot on for what you get, and everything was super clean!! Plenty of towels, linens, extra pillows and blankets! Nothing was missing from the kitchen.Access was simple and easy and communication from the owner was exceptional! We’ll definitely be back!!Thank you for exceeding our expectations times two! ”

“This was a great location- close enough to the boardwalk but far enough away. The view was wonderful. Watched the sunrise from the balcony. Could hear traffic when sitting outside. Walking to the beach takes like a minute. The inside is more appealing than the outside. Very pleased. ”

Very large bedroom with sitting area, good view of the ocean with an outside bench to sit on, stocked kitchen/bath and communication with the host was exceptional (minutes to get a reply, even at 10pm!) It’s about a 20 minute walk to shops/restaurants which was fine for us. Beach access was close by, which was more important to us. ”

“We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location and views were spectacular. Short walk to the boardwalk and the Seashell Stage where there was free concerts every night. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with whatever you may need. Jeff was very communicative and access was super easy. We would definitely come back again.”
