“Celebrating college graduation at UNH. Easy distance to commencement and packing but close to the ocean to enjoy down time and relaxing together. Kitchen easily feeds 10 people with 3 different seating options for meals and plenty of grazing room. Indoor pool is lovely and warm, sauna was hot and easy to use. 4 staircases and 6 bedrooms many with pullout couches in addition to the comfy beds. We had a great reunion. Would love to return. ”

“Very nice place! Everything we could want was there. And excellent location, walked everywhere. Parked in space provided and never needed to use car until our stay was over. Weather didn't cooperate but we still managed some balcony time (with two balconies could stay in sun, very nice). ”

“Sandra was a great host and IMMEDIATELY responded to ally our inquiries. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! Plenty of places to enjoy morning coffee outside. It was an easy walk to beach! We even found a bagel shop! ”

“Residence was cute and spacious, but more suited for a couple and 2 children than 3 - 4 adults. Appreciate the value and reasonable cost, but wish the twin beds in the 2nd room were more comfortable. Some simple extras, such as welcome water bottles and a few more towels would have been appreciated, but overall, propertu was as advertised.”

“Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull……

“This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. ”
