“The property is beautiful and the view is amazing. The beach is just a few minutes walk and you can access town on foot in about 25 minutes. Grocery store and a bar are about a 7 minute walk from the property. We had a couple of problems with the house but Katrina from the agency was very good with trying to help. Unfortunately I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the town or the house, but the two bedrooms by the pool have an awful smell of sewer, and one of the rooms does not have a window so……

“Maison de vacances parfaite. On s’y sent bien tout de suite. Quand on est sur la terrasse, on a du mal à quitter les lieux. La vue est magnifique à toute heure de la journée. Maison bien équipée, il manquait juste une grande table pour profiter des dîners dehors mais on s’est organisé pour faire les repas sur l’immense table basse. A l’écart de la foule, au calme. Avec des plages au calme à juste 3 km. Idéal pour la natation du matin. ”

“We’re having a great time on villa. Olivia met us at the villa and showed everything we needed. It’s about 15-20 minutes to drive to nice beach in Santa Teresa and all bigger shops. Villa located in peaceful surroundings between mountains and no neighbours around. Villa well equipped with everything you need. We’re staying in August 2025 2 family- 4 adults and 3 children and have plenty enough space for everyone. Good bonus for villa its private swimming pool. Highly recommend villa if you’re……

“Host tried to full blown scam us. Was almost left without a villa, fortunately we knew locals who were able to threaten the host police action so eventually got a new house after losing a day and an insane amount of stress / back and forth. Would not recommend under any circumstance. Lost a night, 2 bed rooms, and have not been able to get a refund yet. Would have been completely homeless without our local friends as host was sketchy leading up and went completely dark day of check in. Total……

“Monica's home is beautiful and in a fantastic location that is walkable to great restaurants, shopping, and a supermarket. Her home was spacious and clean, and perfect for hosting a group. She was very responsive and helpful as we got settled, answering questions about the property and neighborhood. Could not recommend a stay at her fabulous home more!”
