“Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast included is nice. One note: Expedia states there’s a 24/7 business center which isn’t true. It’s the public area where breakfast is served you can work there, but if you are working remote and relying on a business center for privacy or quietness to work, be aware. ”

“It was clean, quiet and very affordable. In. Residential area on the outskirts of Madison. Downside was only 1 lightbulb in the entire pool area, that’s after you had the front desk help you get into the pool because the lock didn’t work. Breakfast options very limited so our room didn’t eat. Also I specifically asked for a room with a bathtub as I had a special needs child and I got a shower room instead. No mention of my request, no resolution or acknowledge of it. ”

“We accidentally went to the other hotel in Madison first and it was crowded and crazy. We were very relieved to arrive at this much more peaceful hotel. The welcoming staff was great and the breakfast was the best we had on our vacation. We also were grateful for all of the surrounding restaurants.”

“A good hotel in Madison in a good area. Good parking. Good and hot breakfast. However, our twin double beds were like slepping on a rack !!! How is it that such a nice hotel could have such uncomfortable beds. Hopefully, the Manager can fix this.”
