“The cabin was perfect for an overnight stay. It was so secluded and the woods were beautiful. We were able to walk to the winery/brewery down the road and spent a lovely night by the fire. We were comfortable sleeping in the cabin with the windows open. The farm was very cool although the llama (alpaca?) didn't seem to like me :) The owner was amazing and went above and beyond when we left something behind. Would definitely recommend as a unique overnight stay. ”

“Cabin was very cozy with comfy beds and furniture. We blocked the spiral staircase to keep the dogs safe. We enjoyed the deck, and spent time in Shenandoah National Park. We visited the clay festival. Great weather! Nice visit!”

“The property was very nice and in a great location. The wooded outdoor space was fantastic. The walkway to the dock was a bit washed out, but our family had no issues. They provided 2 adult kayaks, 2 youth kayaks, and two paddleboards, as well as several life jackets and floatation toys. The house definitely felt like a cabin in the woods that could use updating, but it served our purposes beautifully. The communication was on point. It is apparent that the propery owner cares.”

“The house was perfect for our large family. The kitchen is huge and accommodated our cooks just right. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable. We did have a little problem finding the towels and wash clothes as they were all in one closet. We are looking forward to visiting again next year for a family gathering.Our host Tom was great! “This was such a wonderful property in a nice location on the lake. The house has been recently renovated and has modern amenities and decor. A screened in patio to relax on, sprawling property down to the lake and the boathouse including a nice fire pit, and a parking lot that can easily accommodate two vehicles or a vehicle and a small trailer.
