“Home was super clean and perfect for our group of 4 men. We each had an our own bedroom with two shared bathrooms. Most bedrooms had extra beds so the home is capable of sleeping a larger group when needed. Having amenities like case water stocked with detergents for washing clothes and shampoos/conditioners stocked made our stay super easy. The living room lay out made it very nice to gather and watch tv after long ride plus the screened front porch was nice place to hang outside. Very close to……

“This was our 2nd time staying in Cottage 304. We enjoyed our time together in your wonderful home. ”

“The house is very nice and clean. Hosts communicate promply. Stocked with whatever you need for a comfortable stay. Only trouble we had was actually finding the house due to it has a separate small road to get to it. Other than that A. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Super easy check in. Near outlaw trails, we didn’t ride these trails because our group was riding elsewhere but next trip will definitely try them! Steve and Diana were incredible kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. House was close to main road so easy access to everything we needed. Would stay again :)”

“We were there for a rainy long weekend. Place was as described. Fully stocked kitchen, They had puzzles and games to keep us entertained while waiting for a break in the weather. Beds were comfy. About 2 miles from Beat Wallow and able to ride up the road to get there. About 8 miles from Rock house connector. Rode the road to get there. Would recommend ”

“The house is very cold. There are 2 units as described but those units only heat 5 ft. in front of it. The living room, kitchen and “second and third bedroom” are unusable. The bedrooms are not bedrooms but just a bed put in a random spot. None of the rooms have doors probably because there is no heat. Parking is a joke. There is a shop next door that details cars and blocks all of the parking. Definitely not worth it. Get a hotel and stay warm! ”

“Our trip was great! The house felt like our home away from home. They had everything we could’ve needed! It was a great home base for riding the Bearwallow trails. The road up to the house is a little narrow but no issues if you take your time. Most people are nice and move over as far as they can. Everyone was very friendly and we had some good conversations. Owners were there if we needed them but otherwise we had the house to ourselves. We appreciated the stocked kitchen with plates,……

“We had a great time at this location! Directions took us through very tight streets with vehicles and trailers but we managed. Thanks again! ”

“This cute little house had just the right amount of space for our family’s stay. There are some great outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the mountain air. Even though our stay was short, we really enjoyed the house.”
