“This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe.”

“I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. From the ambience of restored charm, to the frinedly and helpful staff Jokin & Patrick were exception in guiding me to places, arranging transportation, to allowing me for a late check out. “Felt like home - thank you for everything! I honestly felt so welcome from the very first moment from the hotel manager Jitu and his lovely team - like staying with kind friends rather than in a hotel. The room and bathroom where both clean and everything (also air-condition) functioning very well. I especially appreciated that all the furniture was made of solid wood, with each piece thoughtfully selected and designed - you can really feel the attention to detail that makes this a true design……

“Centrally located in calungute. Easy access to nearby areas Scooty and cars are available right outside the gate from Rs 400-2500 per day depending on the vechle. Food is good, room services is also good. Only issues is the the mattresses are too thin and hard. Room are spaicous with good size balcony.”
