“This was the second time I stayed at this location. This time I was in a standalone room on the property instead of in one of the rooms on the second floor. The hotel location is fairly simple to get to, located within a gated community where there are at least two guards on duty at all times that check all vehicles going in and out. They are also very friendly. If you have a family, and you're looking for hotels in Chiang Mai, this would be a great place, as it is away from the busyness,……

“The hotel environment is great, and the in-house service staff are also very friendly. However, the lady at the front desk is very arrogant, unable to handle problems and doesn't keep her words. This is the most uncomfortable experience in this trip to Chiang Mai.”
